Feature: Sub Saharan Supper Club – Wings Inflight Magazine

I was recently interviewed by a Wings Inflight Magazine journalist, Nana Ocran.  She put together a great article titled, Sub Saharan Supper Club.  The article covers interesting dishes, food markets and we get to read a little about the foodies from Lagos, Abuja (Nigeria), Accra (Ghana), Luanda (Angola) and Cape Town (South Africa).
