Break with tradition and keep away the winter blues with the deliciously tropical fruity flavours of Jason’s Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2016, soon to be joined by the 2017 vintage later this year.

Jason’s Hill Sauvignon Blanc 2016

According to winemaker Ivy du Toit the estate’s flagship white wine has excellent varietal expressions, with delicate asparagus and grassy complexities.  A wine with a refreshing crispness and a well-balanced finish, this is the perfect match with Asian inspired dishes which include lime, chilli and coriander ingredients.  This value-for-money wine also works beautifully oily or buttery dishes, as well as most salads, and is the perfect food wine for most seafood dishes (from raw to smoked).  Available directly from the cellar at R62 per bottle.

Jason’s Hill Private Cellar is tucked away in the heart of the Boland at the foot of the Slanghoek Mountains.
